Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026
1. Who we are
ReviewLift (“ReviewLift,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Israel Rodriguez, located at 5150 East Club Circle, Apt 202, Boca Raton, FL 33487. By creating an account or using our service, you (“you,” “Client”) agree to these Terms.
2. What the service does
ReviewLift helps you invite your own real customers to leave honest reviews on Google. After a completed job, we send every customer a message containing a one-tap link to your Google review page. The same request goes to every customer — we do not screen, sort, or delay based on how a customer feels about the job. Customers are separately offered a private way to share feedback with you directly, which does not affect their ability to post publicly at any time.
3. What the service does NOT do
We do not write, buy, sell, generate, or post reviews. We do not use fake or automated accounts. We do not remove or suppress genuine reviews, and we do not prevent any customer from leaving a public review. Every review comes from your real customer, in their own words, submitted through their own Google account.
We do not practice review gating. We do not screen customers by sentiment before providing a review link, and we do not delay or withhold a review request based on anticipated rating.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Only upload or connect contact information for people who are genuinely your customers, and for whom you have a lawful basis to contact.
- Not offer payment, discounts, gifts, or any incentive in exchange for reviews.
- Not use ReviewLift to contact purchased, scraped, or third-party lists.
- Provide an accurate Google review link for your own business.
- Honor opt-out requests and comply with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM and (if SMS is enabled) TCPA.
- Comply with Google's review policies and any other platform's terms.
- Not solicit reviews from customers while they are on your premises, including via counter signage, kiosks, or tablets.
- Not set review quotas for staff, or request reviews that name specific employees.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer data you provide and for your own communications with your customers.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use ReviewLift to send spam, harass anyone, impersonate another business, or engage in review manipulation of any kind. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund.
6. Billing, trial, and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed through our payment provider (Whop) at the plan price shown at checkout. Any free trial period is stated at signup; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, and we do not prorate partial periods.
7. No guarantee of results
We provide a tool that invites your customers to leave reviews. We do not control Google, and we cannot and do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, any rating, any search ranking, or that any given review will be published or remain published. Review platforms may filter, delay, or remove reviews at their own discretion.
8. Your data
You retain ownership of your business information and your customer data. You grant us the limited right to process that data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. On termination we will, on request, delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or reputational harm.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights — including claims relating to the contact data you provide.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
