1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

a) Account information (from you, our Client). Your name, business name, email address, phone, business address, your Google Business Profile / review link, and billing details. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider (Whop) — we never see or store your full card number.

b) Your customers’ information (processed on your behalf). When you upload a list, connect a tool, or add someone manually, we receive your customer’s name, email address, and optionally phone number and service date. We also record their star rating, any private feedback they submit, and whether they clicked through to Google.

c) Usage information. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use information

• To send review requests and reminders to your customers on your behalf
• To route responses (public review link vs. private feedback) and notify you of feedback
• To provide your dashboard, reports, and support
• To process billing and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data or your customers’ data. We do not use your customer lists to market to them for ourselves or share them with other clients.

4. Our role

For your customers’ personal information, you are the controller and we act as a processor — we handle that data only to provide the service to you and only on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those customers.

5. Who we share information with

We use a small set of service providers (“subprocessors”) strictly to run the service:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — application hosting
• Resend — sending email
• Whop — payments and subscription management

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or users’ safety. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account or of specific customer records at any time, and we will delete them within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal or accounting reasons. Customers who opt out are permanently suppressed from future messages.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Recipients of our emails can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every message. To exercise any right, contact ir5273642@gmail.com.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, restricted access, and secret management. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of any breach affecting your information as required by law.

9. Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. International users

We operate from the United States and store data with providers in the United States and the EU. By using the service you consent to this processing.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
